As an Investment Manager in NTT GDC APAC, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities related to real estate and digital infrastructure. Your analytical prowess, financial expertise, and market insights will significantly contribute to the success of our investment initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage site acquisition from land identification to pre‑construction of Data Centers, including hands on site development works on power, water, fiber etc.
- Establish development risks and remedies.
