We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our LEO warehouse inventory functions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, diagnosing, and resolving systemic issues across Warehouse Operations — directly impacting inventory accuracy, operational throughput, cycle time, and site performance.
You will partner closely with Site Leadership, Cross-Functional Engineering teams, SAP Support, and Business Process Owners to root-cause day-to-day operational issues, surface insights from transactional data, and translate them into actionable long-term fixes. The ideal candidate is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their functional area — someone who lives in the data, understands SAP transaction flows end-to-end, and brings sharp problem-solving instincts to ambiguous, fast-moving operational challenges.
