INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Inventory Management Specialist in the AD&C Logistics Support of NMC CWD DET NORTH ISLAND. Responsibilities You will receive, review, process, and monitor incoming requisitions and take appropriate action to ensure completion. You will utilize automated systems and regulations to verify availability and condition of material. You will make substitutions or initiate referrals. Coordinate actions to meet required delivery dates and priorities. You will respond to due-in, load schedule/plan, vessel allowances, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), renovation, rework, assembly/disassembly, research, and coordinate corrections as needed to ensure appropriate financial data is applied. You will use technical publications and system reports to review assets of age-sensitive material.
