Job Description – Inventory Management Location: Gurugram Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Food & Beverage About the Role We are seeking a smart, proactive, detail-oriented Inventory Management professional to oversee inventory operations across cloud kitchen outlets. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring uninterrupted kitchen operations, minimizing wastage, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end inventory across all cloud kitchen locations. • Maintain stock inward, outward, transfers and consumption records. • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification. • Perform stock reconciliation and investigate variances. • Track raw materials, packaging material, cleaning supplies and consumables. • Monitor reorder levels and coordinate timely replenishment. • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable. • Control food cost, inventory loss and wastage. • Maintain GRN, stock reg...
