Inventory Management Associate

Job Summary

The Inventory Management Associate oversees, monitors, and coordinates production activities and performs tasks related to the overall management of inventory. He or she supports the production line by performing tasks that help provide fresh produce and value-added goods to the customer. The Operations Assistant must adhere to the safety guidelines, and efficiency requirements, and ensure that products and facilities meet the quality standards as set by QA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Planning

2.1 Manages customer orders

2.2 Monitors warehouse and stores stocks and replenishes accordingly

2.3 Prepares purchase requests for nontrade, fixed assets and other service orders

2.4 Maintains and updates master data in ERP

2.5 Prepares and coordinates production schedule to Production Helpers to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders
