Inventory & Logistics Senior/Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily stock count, record daily movement, and do stock adjustment.

• Updates excel worksheet on all outgoing shipment to insurer for insurance coverage at the end of the day.

• Compute insurance value and arrange stocks for insurance.

• Issue Transfer Order (TO), Marketing Loan (ML), Manual OA (spare parts), Proforma Invoice (PI)/ Commercial Invoice and Tax invoices.

• Coordinate/manage the transportation of goods, including import and export activities permit / cites and carnet, and ensure full compliance.

• Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Perform quarterly/half-yearly and annual stock-take and reconcile when there is discrepancy.

• Perform consignment billing/ Inter-company billing and ad-hoc direct billing.
