Inventory Finance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Inventory Finance Manager, you will lead the financial and inventory management of our commissary and restaurant operations. You will ensure accurate inventory valuation, product costing, financial reporting, and cost controls while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to improve profitability and strengthen inventory governance across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the financial management of commissary and restaurant inventory, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, cycle counts, stock adjustments, and month-end inventory closing.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions, product costing, and standard costing across all commissary and store operations.
