We’re looking for a highly driven Inventory Control Manager to lead stock accuracy and system performance across our Attleborough site.
In this key leadership role, you’ll take full ownership of inventory control across site operations and 3PLs—ensuring data integrity, driving process compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in supporting operational performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and system optimisation.
As part of the Pilgrim’s Europe way of working, this is an office-based role, enabling close collaboration with site teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
