Enhance your purchasing expertise as an Inventory Buyer at a leading HVAC company. This role focuses on managing inventory for diverse branches and ensuring optimal stock levels.
In this critical position, you will oversee a substantial inventory investment of $10–20 million while purchasing HVAC products across multiple companies and divisions. You will work collaboratively with branch and sales managers, utilizing your negotiation and communication skills to maintain the right product mix at all locations. You will also address inventory issues to optimize purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase HVAC products from various vendors
• Maintain ordering controls for inventory levels
• Communicate product mix requirements with managers
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors
• Replenish and remix stock across branches
Requirements:
• High School Diploma (degree preferred)
