Inventory and Quality Control Coordinator - Brampton, ON

Mission of the Role (What you’ll be doing):The Quality / Inventory Coordinator ensures that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications. This individual is responsible for managing the organizations quality assurance policies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations.Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities):Conduct daily cycle count and ensure system records match physical stock.Investigate inventory / quality discrepancies submitted by internal depts.Provide root cause for inventory / quality inaccuracies.Inspect new incoming sku’s for quality purposes.Work with Purchasing department on changing internal part numbers.Communicate quality issues to the vendors.Issue NCR documents as required.Perform random quality checks on products.Provide customers with quality related documents as required.Work on audits as assigned.Other duties as requ...
