Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability of inventories of purchased and manufactured materials through the programming of monthly cycle counts, as well as the analysis of variations.
- Analyze and capture counts in QAD system.
- Compliance with the monthly cycle counting program.
- Review implementation of engineering changes.
- Generate the monthly cycle counting program.
- Analyze variations in cyclic counts.
- Adjust cycle counting discrepancies in QAD system.
- Generate the daily report of negatives with analysis of purchased part numbers.
- Validate that FG and 6‑PAB transactions are processed correctly.
- Coordinate and lead the annual physical inventory with profit and loss analysis.
- ABC classification of part numbers.
- Record unplanned entry/exit transactions in the system.
