Seeking Intranet Support Lead for a long term contract in Reading, PA. The Intranet Support Lead provides day-to-day support for their internal intranet, ensuring consistent, high-quality content and smooth platform operations. This role manages content updates, maintains workflows, and supports governance while partnering closely with Communications, Product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational support and ensure continuity across intranet activities
• Manage and update intranet content, pages, and SharePoint document libraries
• Create and maintain on-brand visuals (banners, graphics, page elements)
• Document and maintain workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate tasks and track progress using Microsoft Planner
• Ensure content aligns with governance standards and brand guidelines
