Job Description

Primary Responsibilities and Job Scope Sales and Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and track business opportunities within assigned strategic accounts, including public and private hospitals, specialty centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neuro Interventionists, Procurement Teams, Nursing Staff, and Hospital Management.
  • Manage a portfolio with an annual sales target and achieve revenue growth through new business acquisition, tender participation, contract renewals, and product conversion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and drive adoption of the company's interventional product portfolio.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and principals to develop strategies for customer retention, competitive conversions, and new product launches.
