Internship

This position reports to Service Operations Manager.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Corrective maintenance and upgrade tracking.
• Internal and customer communication for fault management and resolution.
• Participation in team planning.
• Incident tracking.
• Liaison with factories and external suppliers.
• Quality team support.
