Job Description
- Perform onsite inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of deployed IT equipment
- Provide onsite technical support for Windows-based PCs and related devices
- Install, update, and maintain company software and tools (OS, remote access tools such as ToDesk, browsers, developer tools, etc.)
