Job Description
Position: Retail & E-Commerce Executive (Intern / Fresh Graduate Friendly)
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site (Remote work not available)
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Website Management
- Assist in managing and processing orders across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook)
- Maintain and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor website functionality and report issues such as broken links or inaccurate information
- Track and manage online orders from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and resolve delivery issues
- Provide customers with order updates when necessary
