Job Description
Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026. Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities
Report and communicate Engineering department travel expenses using SAP and Excel. Perform journal entries in SAP at month‑end to reclass travel expenses to their correct cost center. Record corporate plane travel expenses in SAP throughout each month. Assist with month‑end reporting and monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting by running and communicating variance analysis reports. Manage the team’s journal entry approval and completeness compliance at month‑end to support robust internal controls. Develop automated standard reporting tools to identify variance drivers faster and increase communication efficiency to key decision makers. Participate in the annual Sarbanes‑Oxley general testing process and in processes related to government obligations. Monito...
