Job Description Summary

The role focuses on utilities and equipment maintenance, including preventive and hands‑on maintenance, managing Maximo requests, and analyzing workflows to identify Pareto losses and bottlenecks while contributing continuous improvement ideas.

Role Overview

Assist in the maintenance of facilities and maintenance records to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and compile monthly reports on WORKFLOW MAXIMO. Participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities for the Maximo system. Provide support in the report analysis on the service, repair and maintenance of all facility assets.

Key Responsibilities
