Job Description
Responsibilities
- Retention Campaign Ownership (CORE)
- Plan and execute a monthly retention calendar.
- Execute repeat purchase campaigns.
- Reactivate inactive customers.
- Manage VIP / high‑value customer rewards.
- Be fully responsible for campaign results.
- Customer Segmentation and Database Control
- Segment customers into New, Active, VIP, and Churned categories.
- Maintain a clean and structured customer database.
- Consolidate customer data from Shopee, TikTok, and WhatsApp/CRM.
- Revenue from Existing Customers
- Drive a minimum X% of monthly revenue from existing customers (specific target to be defined).
