Internet Cafe Attendant

Job Description

• Assist customers with using computers, printers, scanners, and internet services.
• Monitor computer usage and enforce café rules and time limits.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
• Keep all equipment in working order and report any technical issues.
• Promote and upsell additional services (printing, gaming, refreshments).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of internet browsing, printing, and software applications.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience (preferred).
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently.
