International Shipping & Freight Coordination Specialist

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Executive to join our client in Singapore. The role is based in Pandan Loop, Clementi with working days Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and a salary range of SGD 2,500–3,000.

You will prepare full sets of shipping documents (Import/Export, D/O, Invoices, COO), handle customs permits, coordinate with warehouses and freight forwarders, source freight rates, check HS codes and vessel nominations, and liaise with overseas customers.
