International Payroll Operations Manager (Xico)

Who You Are
As Justworks' International Payroll Operations Manager, you will be responsible for making sure payroll and payroll tax operations are run on time and accurately across countries.
You will play a critical role in shaping the operational workflows and work with local teams and external partners to deliver accurate and timely execution of payroll activities, tax payments, and reporting while maintaining operational and system compliance in each jurisdiction in support of our International business.
You will be accountable for executing payroll with our current systems, as well as innovating and working with Product teams to build more scalable payroll solutions for the future.
You will work closely with customer‐facing teams to ensure customers' payroll cycles are run correctly, as well as ensuring all payroll‐related questions from workers and customers are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
