Job Description
Identify and assess strategic investment opportunities, supporting the development of the company's international growth strategy.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling and due diligence processes to evaluate potential transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, advisors and industry participants.
Lead transaction processes end‑to‑end, including structuring, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments.
Contribute to the definition and execution of M&A strategies, aligned with corporate objectives and capital allocation priorities.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring efficient and controlled execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective reporting to senior management.
