Responsibilities

• Manage B2B clients and agency partners
• Prospect and contact new advertisers
• Support onboarding and campaign activation
• Build long-term client relationships
• Handle outbound communication and sales activities
• Optimize campaign performance and client success

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1)
• Valid Portuguese work permit
• Experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Customer Support, or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets
• CRM knowledge is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
