At ALTEN, we are currently seeking a highly skilled International Bid Coordinator with proven experience participating in tenders for the European Institutions.
The primary function is to manage the preparation and submission of high-value, complex tenders for International Organizations in the ICT domain. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in multi-country consortia coordination, compliance-driven proposals, and strategic bid positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for European Union and other International Organizations-related tenders, from opportunity identification to submission and contract award.
- Define winning strategies aligned with EU procurement procedures and evaluation criteria.
