1 Role Summary Highly execution-focused Internal Recruiter responsible for sourcing, assessing, and closing junior and entry-level talent at scale. The role is purely performance-driven: High volume hiring Strict KPI ownership Fast turnaround cycles The objective is: ensure consistent pipeline and close a minimum of 4 hires per month while maintaining quality and retention. 2 Core Responsibilities 2.1 End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Manage full recruitment lifecycle: Intake Sourcing Screening Interview coordination Offer Closing Ensure smooth and fast process across al roles Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers 2.2 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management Build and maintain active pipelines across roles Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, database) Ensure continuous candidate availability for active roles Expectation: No dependency on reactive sourcing 2.3 Screening & Candidate Qualification Conduct structured interviews to assess: ...
