We’re looking for a motivated and curious Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both Move’s internal hiring , making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work.
You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across Linked In, job boards, and referrals. Screening CVs and supporting with interview scheduling. Assisting with Move’s internal hiring needs.
