Internal / Counter Salesman

Qualification Matric Requirements Previous experience in hardware, tools, or a related industry Knowledge of building materials or construction will be an advantage Strong sales and customer service skills Good command of the English language Basic computer skills, including email (Excel is beneficial) Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated Duties Assist customers at the sales counter Service and maintain an existing customer base Develop new business opportunities and grow sales Handle mainly B2B (business-to-business) customers Respond to basic email enquiries and provide excellent customer service
