Internal Controls Lead - ISO 9001 & Process Excellence

Viva seeks an Internal Control Manager to design and implement a robust control framework across the organization in Mexico. You will map processes, assess risks, and define mitigations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed effective controls.

You will develop policies and support continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and preparing for audits. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of SAP is preferred.
