At Dustin, stories are how we bring our people together — and we're looking for a creative Internal Communications Specialist to help us tell them. If you love turning strategy into content that genuinely connects, this role puts you at the heart of it.

You will be the creative engine behind how 2,000+ Dustineers across the Nordics stay informed, inspired, and connected — with real ownership of the channels, content, and story‑finding that makes it happen. The role combines writing, video production, and visual design in one position — no two weeks will look the same.

You will be given responsibility for shaping and delivering Dustin’s internal communications — creating the content, channels, and storytelling that keep our people informed, engaged, and proud to be part of something bigger.
