Job Description
UL Solutions is hiring an Internal Communications Lead, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Communications. This role plays a key part in shaping impactful internal communications—bringing initiatives, campaigns, and programs to life at a local level and driving engagement across approximately 3,000 employees in the region. This is a hybrid Role, with the expectation of working from the office three days a week.
• Draft and execute an EMEA strategic internal communications employee experience plan. Audit EMEA communications and develop a roadmap for strategic employee engagement aligned to the global internal communications strategy.
• Support activation of internal communications initiatives in EMEA. This will include activation of global communications, as well as creation and support for EMEA-specific communications.
