Location: Kerala (Looking for someone who can relocate)
We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to identify an accomplished Internal Audit leader to drive enterprise-wide audit, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.
Key Highlights:
✔ Reporting into the executive leadership team
✔ Pan-India audit and governance responsibility
✔ Opportunity to build and strengthen audit frameworks, risk controls, and quality assurance practices
✔ Lead stakeholder engagement across regulators, business leaders, and audit functions
Ideal Background:
• 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance within NBFCs, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or allied sectors
• Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks
