Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Provides Compliance advice and support within specific functions, departments, or product areas.
- May focus on particular aspects of compliance considerations, such as commercial contract, licensing, privacy, data management, safety, security, etc.
- Performs legislative and policy research, advising internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Works with functional / operational teams to ensure understanding of and adherence to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- May assist with RFP response review, third‑party due diligence or other compliance activity.
- May serve as liaison with state, local and other authorities to file documentation, ascertain approvals and request information and opinions.
- Works with product, sales, marketing and other teams to identify, understand and address risks associated with ongoing business operations.
