Key Duties Develop and execute audit plans across retail outlets and headquarters. Establish, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for backend and retail operations. Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities Audit Planning & Execution: Design and manage the audit plan, ensuring operational audits are carried out effectively. SOP Development: Implement and refine SOPs for backend functions; review and update SOPs for retail outlets. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide internal audit staff.
