Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving a culture of risk awareness and operational excellence. The successful candidate will design and implement robust audit frameworks, oversee enterprise risk management, and provide strategic insights to management.
Reporting to Finance Director, and will be placed at our plant in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera. This position will be responsible to :

- Develop and execute annual internal audit plans aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct audits across finance, operations, supply chain, and compliance functions.
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
