Lead and execute complex internal audit assignments across the organization and, from planning to reporting
Assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement
Deliver clear, structured, and action-oriented audit reports, with pragmatic and value-adding recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define action plans and ensure proper follow-up on implementation
Contribute to the risk-based audit plan, continuously reassessed based on evolving priorities
Work on a wide range of audit topics, including operations, IT, HR, procurement, safety, and customer-facing activities
Coordinate with external audit partners for specific expertise (., IT audits) while ensuring the quality of deliverables
