Job Description

 

The Role


  • To produce new business income, maximise and manage prospects from the company database in accordance with Company Procedures and Regulatory Requirements.

 

Main Tasks


  • To generate enquiries by making outbound telephone calls.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients, brokers and underwriters received by phone and e-mail in a courteous and helpful manner and ensure that all information required by clients or underwriters is obtained and communicated.
  • To complete the key task of fact finding to identify clients requirements and to provide a quotation to fulfil their Demands and Needs.
