Intern, Talent Acquisition Automation & Reporting

Job Description

+ Support automation of recruitment reports extracted from SmartRecruiters
+ Assist in data cleaning, consolidation, and transformation of raw recruitment data
+ Maintain and enhance Excel-based dashboards (recruiter performance, BU hiring status, hiring aging, etc.)
+ Support development of automated reporting workflows for recurring TA reports
+ Identify data inconsistencies, delays, and bottlenecks in recruitment processes
+ Assist in generating scheduled reports and distributing insights to stakeholders
+ Document processes and ensure reporting solutions are maintainable

Qualifications

+ Currently pursuing Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
+ Knowledge in Python, Power Query (Power Automate is an advantage)
+ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
