**Intern - Software Engineer OnGuard – 12 months paid contract (Hybrid work)**
**Location: Gdansk, PL**
We have an opportunity for a Intern Bachelors Software Eng to join us at Honeywell, in Gdansk, where you will be responsible for working closely with experienced engineering team to work on a load balancing mechanism for OnGuard’s services. This paid Internship is a part of our University Relations program, designed to help students launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months, starting from June/July 2026.
**You will learn** how to work with OnGuard architects to come up with load balancing and self-healing mechanisms, best practices, team cooperation.
**This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).**
