RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring operational activities with focus on identifying and minimizing Non-Productive Time (NPT), and implementing strategies to convert NPT into productive time to enhance overall efficiency and output.
QUALIFICATION: Currently enrolled in BS Industrial Engineering or any similar degree Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Professional attitude and respect for safety protocols Initiative and accountability in assigned tasks Ability to manage time and work under pressure
