Job Description
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs, and equipment improvements
+ Support plant operations and assist with capital projects
+ Maintain shop organization, tools, and equipment conditions
+ Implement and train on Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans
+ Conduct seasonal maintenance prep, annual PMs, and infrastructure repairs
+ Use Predictive Maintenance tools to identify and prevent equipment failures
+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control systems, instrumentation, and HVAC
+ Complete fabrication tasks to improve plant processes
+ Maintain detailed equipment records and documentation
+ Support site relocation project and all site safety programs
+ Provide facility and grounds maintenance as needed
+ Model and promote safety as the #1 priority
