Intern-Learning & Development and Employee Engagement

Learning & Development:

• Assist in coordinating training sessions workshops and e-learning modules.
• Maintaining and updated training and engagement records and updating the data for MIS & Dashboard purposes. 
• Support in preparing training materials program invites program 1-pagers forms on MS teams and attendance and feedback tracking.
• Research of new vendors/appropriate training programs for new program requirements and firming up their meetings etc..
• Supporting the team with execution of other L&D activities.

Employee Engagement wellness & other people initiatives: -

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities (e.g. team-building events wellness programs as per MESA engagement calendar).
• Assist in creating internal communication content (e.g. newsletters event invitations).
