- Primary research into:
- Target asset details and ownership profiles
- Active and potential buyer profiles
- Active and potential portfolio developers and sellers
- Primary and alternative lenders in Africa
Financial Analysis & Valuation Support
- Assist with property valuations using various methodologies (income, sales comparison, cost approaches)
- Support financial modeling for investment analysis and transactions
- Prepare basic cash flow projections and investment return calculations
- Assist in due diligence processes for ongoing transactions
