Qualifications
As part of the Business Development team, you will be exposed to a wide range of
responsibilities including:
- Supporting in hotel contracts, feasibility studies and investment analysis for new
- hotel and F&B projects globally
- Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets
- Assisting in the creation of compelling, investor-facing presentations and development proposals
- Engaging in real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling
- Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams
- Helping to prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
- Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors
