Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the operation of Capital Power’s cyber security infrastructure
- Participate in daily operational tasks (including monitoring health, incident management, change management, patching, security reviews, and incident investigations)
- Provide support services for IS Cyber Security and collaborate closely with internal teams and managed service providers
- Ensure team provides highly adaptable and customer-focused support services for all Capital Power business units
- Participate in appropriate security reviews for key systems and vendors
- Provide input into decisions within the cyber security team
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of cyber security events
- Apply appropriate troubleshooting/investigative skills and ensure best-practice steps are followed in developing, testing, and implementing solutions
