Job Description
The Intern, Brand Protection will support the Brand Protection team in monitoring, investigating, and enforcing intellectual property (IP) rights across SEA markets, including online and offline channels. This role provides hands-on exposure to regional anti-counterfeiting efforts, online enforcement, and cross-border stakeholder coordination.
Your Mission
Task 1: Monitor e-commerce platforms, social media, and websites across SEA markets (e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) for counterfeit or infringing products
Task 2: Identify and document trademark, copyright, and design infringements within the region
Task 3: Assist in preparing takedown notices and enforcement reports for SEA cases
Task 4: Maintain accurate records of regional cases, evidence, and enforcement actions
Task 5: Support coordination with internal regional teams, e-commerce platforms, and external service providers
