QHSSE Manager – Spain (Madrid HQ)

We’re working with a leading aviation organisation to appoint a QHSSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple stations in Spain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards.
• Driving risk management, incident investigation & corrective actions.
• Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement.
• Developing Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans.
• Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes.
• Acting as the Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance).
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authorities.

What We’re Looking For
