Job Description
Join IPECC Project Management as an Intermediate to Senior Project Coordinator in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Engage with First Nations infrastructure projects, managing documentation, RFIs, and schedules.
In this role, you will support Project Managers across active projects. This position requires coordination of project documentation, tender support, and procurement activities. You will travel regularly to various central and northern Alberta communities, representing client interests and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RFI, submittal, and change order tracking
• Coordinate project documentation from preconstruction through closeout
• Support tender preparation and subcontractor evaluation
• Monitor project schedules and provide regular updates
• Assist with monthly invoicing and cost control

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
