Analyze user and technical requirements to determine required features and functionality. Design, engineer, integrate, test, deploy and maintain desktop COTS products and Windows OS solutions. Support desktop integration, packaging practices, standards and application lifecycle methodologies. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve escalated production and non-production desktop issues. Develop and maintain technical and system documentation, including architecture documents, detailed designs and operational procedures. Create build, installation, configuration, support model and Concept of Operations documentation. Prepare scripts, test plans, test scripts, test results, troubleshooting findings, fixes and enhancements.
