Required Experience
The Offeror’s proposed resources must each have at least twenty‑four (24) months’ experience providing client service support within the last five (5) years.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, process, verify, and finalize electronic and manual claims, ensuring all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process travel, relocation, and other employee claims using approved systems, including electronic claims platforms and Claims X, in accordance with applicable policy.
- Administer cost comparisons and provide financial findings to support CAC TC operations.
